After flood waters ravaged historic Ellicott City in the summer of 2016, merchants were anxious to re-open. HorseSpirits Gallery is just one of the many historic buildings Journey Well helped to restore to functionality. The floods presented the opportunity to modernize and improve upon many of the buildings, while simultaneously preserving their historic integrity.
